WHAT WE DO
Quality Health & Decision-Making
We believe that quality health means shared decision-making that focuses on the needs of the individual throughout their lives. This means that health includes the long-term services and care needs of individuals. Moreover, our efforts reflect that mental health and physical health are central to well-being.
Current Programs
All programs are based on the best science and driven by the resources and experiences of Hispanic communities throughout the United States. Our exceptional partnerships with government and the leading community-based organizations make possible transformational efforts across the entire health enterprise.
